What is the estimated shipping time line for orders?
We know once you’ve placed your order, you are anxious to receive your items. We make every effort to get your order shipped out to you as quickly as possible.
Our standard shipping times are as given as below. However, you are advised to check for the actual shipping time mentioned in the order confirmation sent to you.
- In stock items :Within 3-7 Business days of receiving order.
- Out-of-stock Items: you will notify by email if any item is out-of-stock when your order is processed. We will email you the estimated lead time and item statue so that you will have the option to cancel the order with refund, if the lead time is not convenient to you.
if you decide to proceed, we will keep you updated on the backorder status and you may choose to cancel any time before shipping for a full refund.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free.
All Shipping and taxes are clearly indicated once you select Continue after entering you shipping address during the checkout process.

A. TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT OFF TIME
Generally, shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Friday). Order cut off time will be 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York). Order handling time is 2-3 business day (Monday to Friday).

We use the Port Express to deliver the product.
C. CHANGE OF ADDRESS

D. TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, your order comes with a tracking number allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you.
E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with next steps.
